They’re Here! #ChampionsForKids: Day One

52 pediatric patients and their families traveled to Washington, D.C. today to begin their Ambassador Tour. For the next few days and throughout their Ambassador year, they will share how local donations to their children's hospital have impacted them. Meet the Champion from your state and watch for and use #ChampionsForKids on social.

The Champions arrived via Delta Air Lines and checked into the landmark JW Marriott in D.C. They were welcomed at an anniversary party to celebrate the 20th year of the Champions program and were celebrated for being the superheroes they are with Georgetown Cupcakes, a superhero themed party and a few special guests and surprises including gifts for every Miracle mom and dad courtesy of Chico's, White House Black Market and Ace Hardware.
